Current velocity frequency data from 5 m depth offshore of Neah Bay and Whiskey Creek.  1 m/s = 100 cm/s = 1.96 knots.   Mean and peak velocity is similar, if not slightly less, in the Green Point-Morse Creek study area but subsurface velocity is less.  Current velocity inside pens or inside submerged pens will in all cases be less.  See study report for details.
